1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NFTDropList (nftdroplist.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Informational & Discovery Platform Only
NFTDropList is an informational aggregator and discovery directory for non-fungible token (NFT) collections, mint schedules, and related digital assets. NFTDropList is not a marketplace, broker, financial advisor, or custodian. We do not mint, buy, sell, custody, or endorse any cryptocurrency or digital asset.
All minting decisions, transactions, smart contract interactions, and wallet signatures are executed entirely at your own risk. Always conduct your own research (DYOR) and verify contract addresses directly from the official verified channels of the creators.
3. Collection Submissions & Listings
Project creators and community members may submit NFT drop information for listing on NFTDropList. By submitting a collection, you warrant and represent that:
- All information provided (dates, prices, supply, smart contract details, socials) is accurate, truthful, and updated.
- You own or hold valid licenses and rights to any artwork, trademarks, banners, logos, and media submitted.
- The project does not infringe on intellectual property, violate securities regulations, or promote fraud, rug pulls, or malicious smart contracts.
NFTDropList reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to reject, remove, or modify any listing that violates our standards, receives credible community fraud reports, or misleads collectors.
4. Paid Promotion & Listing Fees
Certain promotional listing tiers (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium, Enterprise) require non-refundable cryptocurrency payments to cover curation, on-chain verification, server resources, and promotional placements.
- Promotional placements guarantee visibility and featured placement as specified in the chosen plan.
- Promotional placements do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of sellout, or financial rating by NFTDropList.
- Cryptocurrency payments sent to incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect blockchains, or with insufficient funds cannot be refunded.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The NFTDropList name, logo, website design, UI components, code, text, graphics, and compilation are the proprietary property of NFTDropList and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party collection logos, banner artwork, and brand marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NFTDropList, its operators, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, reliance on listed mint dates or prices, smart contract failures, malicious phishing links, or financial losses resulting from NFT purchases or cryptocurrency transactions.
